Shipping Information

Our primary shipping services are DHL, Canada Post and UPS. On average these services take between 2-8 business days, once payment has been processed.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it will not be possible for us to ship an item the same day as all carriers are closed. Also, our manufacturing facility is located in Canada, all local and Canadian holidays apply.

Please note all orders take 1-4 business days to process.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout. This amount is based on your total shopping cart amount.


Free Shipping Offers

Orders over $125.00 USD retail qualify for Free Shipping. Orders below $125.00 USD retail have a $14.99 USD shipping fee.


For Wholesale Customers

A minimum order of $500.00 USD will be applied to all wholesale account as well as a flat rate shipping fee of $49.99 USD.


International Shipping

Laws vary by country regarding the purchasing of electronic cigarette related products. Please know the laws within your country before ordering. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional duties or taxes that may be applied by customs.  

Orders over $150.00 USD retail qualify for $14.99. Orders below $150.00 USD retail have a $29.99 USD shipping fee.
